What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective / damaged item
  • Significant size mismatch
  • Item different from photos
  • Missing piece in a set

❌ Not Eligible

  • Item worn or washed
  • Tags removed
  • After 3 days of delivery
  • Sale / clearance items
  • Minor colour variation
  • Stitched / customised items

Return Window & Timeline

  • 3 days from delivery to initiate a return request via WhatsApp.
  • Return approval given within 24 hours of receiving your photos.
  • Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving the return.
  • Store credit issued within 1 business day of return receipt.
Note: We currently do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are resolved via exchange or store credit towards your next purchase.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Defective or wrong item: Shade For Teen covers return shipping cost fully.
  • Size exchange (your preference): You pay return shipping. We cover delivery of the replacement.
Important: Do not send items without getting approval first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Always confirm on WhatsApp before sending.
