  • In Transit Track real-time status using the tracking number above on the courier's website.
  • Delivered! Parcel arrives at your door. Inspect before signing. For COD, pay the amount shown on the courier slip.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I get my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are shared via WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch, usually the morning after your order is picked up.

My tracking shows no updates. Why?

It can take 12–24 hours for the courier's system to show the first scan. If no updates after 48 hours, WhatsApp us immediately.

Tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it.

Check with neighbours and building security first. If still missing, contact us with your order ID — we'll raise a dispute with the courier.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Only possible before dispatch. WhatsApp us immediately after placing your order if you need a change.

My order was returned to sender. What now?

This happens when the courier can't reach you. WhatsApp us — we can re-dispatch for a small re-shipping fee.
