Shipping & Returns

We deliver across Pakistan.
Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on your city.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
A flat shipping fee will apply at checkout (sometimes we offer free delivery promotions).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, you can easily return or exchange.

Return Period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale/discounted items, innerwear, or customized products.
Process:
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order details.
2. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
3. Once approved, you can send the product back to our address.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
