Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Shade For Teen, we make sure your order is delivered safely and securely across Pakistan. We offer free nationwide delivery with convenient Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options. All orders are carefully checked, packed, and dispatched within the estimated delivery timeline of 2–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders in Karachi usually arrive within 1–2 business days, while customers in Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi can expect delivery within 2–3 business days. For other major cities, delivery generally takes 3–4 business days, whereas remote or rural areas may take 4–6 business days. All deliveries are completely free of shipping charges.

For COD orders, customers can pay when the parcel arrives. To ensure smooth processing, COD orders require WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through WhatsApp. We use trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards Courier, and PostEx, depending on your delivery location.

During sale periods or peak seasons, order processing may take an additional 1 business day. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Shade For Teen is not responsible for courier delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unexpected circumstances. Customers are requested to carefully provide the correct delivery address and contact number at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings and are not considered product defects. All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are final.
